We enjoy the occasional visitor staying in our one bedroom lower level. Note that there is a step up to the grassy area from the firm lake bottom. Unlike most lake properties, we enjoy about 250 feet of frontage, including the woods to the left.

A great place to sit for sunrises and morning coffee.

Sunrise.

Sometimes we are treated to spectacular moonrises.

Many an evening we enjoy the golden hour before the sun sets.

Sandhill cranes are frequent visitors.

After you come to the end of the driveway which is directly off Cordley Lake Rd., park closest to the grass and follow the path around the side of the house to the lake.

Turtles will climb up on the board to sun themselves. Sometimes they even stack.

You will see a white door with a separate entrance to the lower level.

Looking from the other end of the house.

The often shaded patio with moveable couch segments is great for lounging. Notice the picnic table to the right of the spiral staircase…

… and beyond the picnic table to the trail into the woods. The picnic table is almost always shady.

The corner of the patio is where the paddles for the canoe and 3 kayaks, plus various floaties, life jackets, and noodles are kept.

The main door to the lower level is to the far left. Both ends of the couch have electronic controls for reclining.

Note that there is no full stove, and the wings of the island can raise for more space to spread out with lightweight things.

The Nutribullet also has a full size container for larger blending. Breville toaster oven and microwave.

Two induction burners are available for indoor or outdoor cooking.

The freestanding AC keeps the main living area and bedroom to at least 70 degrees on the hottest of days, and can be angled to shoot directly into the bedroom.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 dresser drawers, most of a closet, and an Ekornes stressless recliner with footstool (not pictured)

Located off the hallway from the entry door is a private bath with a large walk-in shower.

Grab bars are handy for hanging wet swim suits. Low mounted tub spout is great for rinsing your feet. Raise the end of it to switch to showering.
